Welcome to the new y4 blog

In Literacy we are learning about newspappers . everybody in y4 made there own newspaper. We sold all of our newspapers.they were for 30p. In our newspaper there was Fashion, Sports, movies, and trips. We had a page of games and wordsearches. In our newspaper we had 18 pages.
We each worked in pairs and the first person in are class that had finshed first would be able to do the games at the back.

Our History Topic

In history Y5 have been learning about Victorians.

Everyone has made a power point about famous Victorians and their inventions. And every group did a poster on Victorian children, and their toys. We also leant about what the poor people would wear in the Victorian era and what the rich people would wear. We compared the rich and poor people in many ways.

In the begining of the year the whole class read a book called 'Kensukes Kindom'. The whole class enjoyed the book and discussing it afterwards.
